WHO IS THIS APPROPRIATE FOR?
We work with school groups, camp groups, teams, and of the top 100 companies in Connecticut. From middle schoolers to top company executives and everyone in-between. In a competivie setting that fosters team growth, communicaiton
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMODATE?
Our theater-quality, multi-room Adventures are the largest in the Hartford/Springfield area. We routinely hold events for groups of 100+. Our event space can comfortably accommodate groups of 50 or more and our games have total recommended capacity of more than 60 players at one time.
HOW CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE GAMES?
Multiple bookings can be made in the same transaction using our online system. Start times can typically be adjusted 15 minutes in either direction by customer request.
HOW LONG DOES AN EVENT LAST?
Our standard events typically last 2 hours. You'll have a 60-minute Adventure followed by an hour in our furnished Event Space. You may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the start of your Adventure to set up any decorations.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW THE EXACT NUMBER OF PLAYERS?
To make sure we are appropriately staffed, we ask that you give us your best guess on how many guests to expect. We do adjust the total number of participants at the time of your booking before the balance is charged.
WHAT IF MY ORGANIZATION IS TAX EXEMPT?
Set up your reservation as normal and email your tax exempt form to REACTrooms@gmail.com. We will apply your tax exempt status before the balance is charged.
