In order to participate in an activity at REACT Rooms, owned and operated by B.R. Entertainment LLC, on behalf of myself and my family I agree to the following:

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.

I agree to fully comply with all rules and regulations during my participation including any insturctions issued by employees of REACT Rooms.

I agree to pay for all damages caused by my or my families negligent or reckless actions.

I release and hold harmless REACT Rooms and B.R. Entertainment LLC and all of their agents from any and all liability arising from my or my families use or presence upon their facilities.

I have read this Release of Liability and assume all risks associated with participating and that I sign this release of liability voluntarily and without inducement.

This waiver states that the participant understands and agrees to the risks associated with the Escape Room and agrees to hold the Escape Room harmless for any and all damages that may occur during the game. REACT Rooms is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the game.
