Yes. Reservations are first come, first served and can be scheduled 3 hours to 3 months in advance. Many requests outside of these windows can be accommodated by emailing REACTrooms@gmail.com or calling 860-370-5415.
No and No. All of our multi-room Adventures have separate entrances and exits and are handicap accessible. The door you enter through remains unlocked throughout the duration of your game. Our rooms are designed to thrill and challenge but not outright scare you. While some themes may take on elements of the macabre (mood lighting, set decorations, storyline), we don't use any haunted house type scares, pyrotechnics or live actors.
We recommend that you and your team arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. This allows for a smooth check-in process, an introduction to the rules, and any necessary briefings so you can start your escape experience on time and without any rush. If you find that you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Depending on availability and scheduling constraints, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your game time may be reduced to avoid impacting other bookings.
Our flexible cancellation policy allows you to book worry free. Changes to existing reservations including day, time, and number of people can easily be made by clicking on the View/Change button in your confirmation email. Is a member of your group infamously unreliable? No need to worry. We adjust the total number of participants at the time of your booking so you're only charged for those that show... and for any extras that may tag along. If you are feeling ill, PLEASE STAY HOME! We will happily give you a refund.
