Our pricing is simple and transparent — no hidden fees, no surprises. Rates are based on the number of players in your group, so you only pay for who’s actually playing. To reserve your adventure, we require just a $29 refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of your game.

We have a 2-player minimum charge: • Weekdays: $99 minimum • Weekends (Friday–Sunday): $139 minimum

After the minimum, pricing adjusts based on your final group size, $30/per person. Groups of 8-12 save $20. Groups of 12+ save $40.

Not sure how many people will attend? No problem. You can easily update your group size anytime using the View/Change button in your confirmation email, and we’ll adjust your total at check-in so you’re only charged for who shows up (plus any last-minute additions).

Yes. Reservations are first come, first served and can be scheduled 3 hours to 3 months in advance. Many requests outside of these windows can be accommodated by emailing REACTrooms@gmail.com or calling 860-370-5415.

Yes! All of our escape rooms are 100% private. You will never be paired with strangers — your group gets exclusive access to your game space for the entire experience.

Our escape rooms are designed to accommodate a wide range of group sizes—from small teams to large celebrations. At REACT Premium Escape Rooms, we’ve proudly hosted large groups of 100+ players, making us one of the best options in New England for big events, team building, and group outings.

At REACT Premium Escape Rooms, we are proud to be an inclusive, all-ages experience. While many escape rooms place strict age limits on their games, we welcome players of every age. Over the years, we’ve hosted families with babies, toddlers, elementary-aged kids, teens, and adults, and everyone finds something exciting to enjoy. Our adventures are designed primarily for older kids and adults, but younger children are always welcome to join the experience.

We do ask that parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising their younger children throughout the game. While little ones may not actively solve puzzles, they still love exploring the sets, following the story, and being part of the adventure. Whether they’re helping, observing, or just soaking it all in, they’re absolutely welcome here.

For everyone’s safety, children should stay with their group at all times and avoid running or climbing on set pieces.

No and no. At REACT Premium Escape Rooms, you are never actually locked inside. All of our multi-room escape adventures feature separate entrances and exits, and every door remains unlocked throughout your game. Our facility is fully accessible, so players can exit at any time if needed.

While our escape rooms are designed to be immersive and exciting, they are not meant to be scary. Some themes may include moody lighting, detailed set design, or suspenseful storylines, but we do not use haunted house elements, live actors, jump scares, pyrotechnics, or anything intended to frighten you.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. This gives us plenty of time to check your group in, go over the rules, and provide a quick briefing so you can jump straight into your adventure feeling relaxed and ready.

Running late? We get it—life happens. If you think you’ll be behind, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you when we can. That said, to stay fair to other groups and keep the schedule running smoothly, your game time may be shortened if you arrive late.
